Billing & Payment

Free plan, no trial needed

No card required to start on the Free plan. Pro and Enterprise billing isn't live yet — join Early Access and we'll notify you when you can upgrade.

Card payment

Once Pro and Enterprise billing goes live, you'll pay securely by card, choose monthly or annual billing, and save around 17% on annual plans. No setup fees.

Cancel anytime

Once billing is live, you'll be able to cancel at any time — access continues until the end of the current billing period, with no refunds for unused days.

If you downgrade to Free (once paid plans launch)

Once Pro and Enterprise billing is live, moving back to Free will apply the Free plan's limits going forward:

Matched applications are capped at 5 per month.
Automated response templates, analytics, and API access are disabled.
Your provider profile remains visible to applicants as a public listing.
Upgrade again at any time to restore full access immediately.
